Common questions
Can you take over payroll mid-year?
Yes. We need your payroll reports so far this year so the year-end W-2s are correct.
What are the new W-2 codes for tips and overtime?
Starting with 2026 wages, employers report qualified overtime in Box 12 code TT and qualified tips in code TP. Read our guide.
Do you handle contractors?
Yes. We prepare and file 1099-NECs for contractors you pay above the IRS reporting threshold, which rises to $2,000 for payments made in 2026.
